We offer discounts and specials throughout the year to all our customers. A special discount is offered year round to dealers, or those in the business of selling antique phones. Please call our company prior to making a purchase to verify your eligibility, put your information on file, and receive your discount. We greatly value our customers and also offer special pricing to repeat customers.

3. Payment

· Do to an increase in fraud, we can not accept personal checks, money orders or cashier checks.
· We accept all major credit cards as well as electronic checks through PayPal.

4. Product Disclaimer

We strive for honest and accurate descriptions of all our products. We ask that you carefully read each of the product descriptions and take notice if the product is sold “as is.” Unfortunately, we can not accept responsibility for failure to read our descriptions and/or ask questions before shipment of your item. In the event that your product doesn’t match its description, you may return it within 14 days for a refund net of shipping charges. Misunderstandings can occur and we work very hard to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Shipping
We offer several shipping options. Generally, items are shipped the next business day after the completion of the transaction. Customers will be notified of any delays experienced with processing the transaction and/or in shipping of the product. We prefer to ship via UPS. Please keep in mind that due to excessive weight of some items, express delivery can be very expensive. If you need 1st or 2nd day air delivery, please call us first to verify availability (our warehouse is in a rural location.) Additionally, all shipments will have a tracking number (which we will pass on to you) and be fully insured. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please notify your carrier immediately and ask for an inspection and claim form.

6. Orders
We encourage our customers to order online through our secure checkout. If you would like, you may also order over the phone by calling 740-219-9168 (this is not a toll free number.)

7. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made after 14 days. We do not accept return C.O.D. or collect shipments unless approved in advance. If returning an item for any reason, please call us first to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. When returning, please pack your return well, as damages and required repairs will be subtracted from refund. Also, all returns must be insured at full replacement value, and must have a tracking number attached. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages being shipped back to us. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to a return or exchange. All returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds are made net of all shipping costs.
